On Sunday 14th March Hathaways, our brasserie and café, re-opened in grand style serving a Mother's Day lunch for sixty. Hathaways is now under the management of award-winning chef Harvey Moon who ran the hugely popular Beau Sejour restaurant through the winter. Sark’s newest eatery combines a contemporary fusion of Spanish, English and French cuisine. lobster lunchAs much of the fresh produce as possible served at Hathaways is sourced from our own gardens and the kitchen staff work closely with Jo Birch, our produce gardener, to deliver the best salads, herbs, fresh fruit and vegetables. Other local produce such as Sark lamb, crab, lobster and diver-caught scallops also feature on our menu. Hathaways is open daily offering an extensive menu from breakfast or a quick coffee and sandwich to long, luxurious lunches, afternoon tea, evening meals and tapas.
